The unparalleled patient experience from Robin’s integrated healthcare company, Womanology, led to an epic 2014 acquisition by Hoag Memorial Hospital, earning a valuation of nearly eight times EBITDA, more than triple the national average for Therapy practices. Under Robin’s guidance, Womanology became the cornerstone and blueprint for the award-winning Hoag for Her Center for Wellness.

Womanology® EXPANDED: Iconic Medically Based Integrated Health Center
Upon Hoag Hospital’s acquisition of Womanology®, I played a key role in the change management, program implementation, and business strategy for Womanology®’s expanded model of Hoag for Her Center for Wellness. Intimately collaborating with dozens of Hoag hospital departments, hospital executives and physician groups, I took a critical role in the formation, hailed concept, stunning design, meticulous implementation and lauded launch of “Hoag for Her Center for Wellness”, a multi-disciplinary medical center that utilized my Womanology® healthcare clinic model. This iconic project was deemed by Hoag as the first medically based integrated health center that provides the health care women need at every stage of their lives.
